Encompass is proud to celebrate an exciting milestone in our community: the groundbreaking of the new Belmark Family Center in East De Pere.
This innovative project, led by Belmark in partnership with Emplify Health and Encompass, will bring together high-quality early education and care, employee wellness resources and family support services under one roof. When the center opens in 2027, Encompass will serve as the early education and care provider, making it the ninth Encompass center in Northeast Wisconsin.
The Belmark Family Center reflects a shared commitment to addressing one of the most pressing needs facing families and employers today: access to affordable, high-quality child care. By investing in children and working families, this partnership will help strengthen our workforce, support parents and create brighter futures for the next generation.

The project also highlights the power of collaboration. We are grateful to Belmark, Emplify Health and all of the community leaders who have helped bring this vision to life. Through this partnership, we are creating new opportunities for children to learn, grow and thrive while supporting the families and employers who depend on quality early education and care.
