ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Ensure compliance with Agency policies and procedures, as well as applicable federal and state regulations
  • Coordinate the recruitment process 
  • Administer compensation and employee benefit programs
  • Develop and foster relationships with staff and community stakeholders
  • Share Internal Executive Team leadership responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for assigned agency initiatives, projects, work groups, etc.
  • Support the Encompass mission, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality in all encounters 
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
  • Exhibit agency values in daily work and demonstrate commitment to the agency mission
  • Ensure agency’s policies and procedures, job descriptions, and performance reviews are compliant with related regulations  
  • Manage employee relations responsibilities professionally and confidentiality, serving as a resource for all employees
  • Administer the employee compensation and benefit programs, including the 401(k) retirement plan, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations 
  • Coordinate recruiting efforts, developing and executing effective strategies for recruitment and retention of staff
