Associate Accountant - The Associate Accountant is responsible for managing all aspects of parent accounts for their designated Encompass centers. They are responsible for billing contracted care and adjusting parent billing as needed for actual care used. They are responsible for understanding and billing 3rd party funding sources and applying this funding to parent accounts. The Associate Accountant also manages enrollment and termination of family records. Locations: Administrative Office |

Food Service Associate - The Food Service Associate is responsible for reheating and preparing family style service for individual classrooms for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Responsibilities include operating a safe, sanitary, efficient kitchen and serving meals in compliance with state licensing, USDA and Encompass policies and procedures. Menu planning and the majority of food preparation is accomplished in a central kitchen. The hours for this role are typically 6:30am-12:30pm Monday-Friday (30 hours per week).
