Through community donations and support, Encompass can offer families tuition support to help lessen the burden of the cost of care. We do this by offering support based on a percentage of your family’s annual gross household income up to $125,000 and tapering off all assistance by $150,000 annual income. This program ensures that families who are under this annual income threshold do not pay more than 15% of their gross household income on childcare.

The Encompass Family & Child Advocate Program provides wraparound support to children, families and educators. Advocates support children and educators in the classroom to address and overcome developmental and behavioral setbacks. Advocates also support the family with basic needs assistance, resource navigation and goal setting. By wrapping our arms around the whole family, we see increased retention of children in care, which leads to better outcomes for their social, emotional and developmental milestones.
