All-Day Child Care Program (Ages 6 Weeks – 4 Years)
Our All-Day Child Care Program provides a safe, nurturing space where infants through preschoolers grow through hands-on play and exploration. Guided by the HighScope active learning approach and Conscious Discipline, we support each child’s development—socially, emotionally, and academically—while fostering independence, empathy, and a lifelong love of learning.
4K Program
Provides 4K programming through Pulaski Community School District for all eligible students, regardless of their home school district. An AM session is held from 7:40-10:45 Monday through Thursday, with wrap around care offered in the same classroom both before and after the 4K session including no school days.
Summer Explorers
Offers fun and immersive full-day summer programs for children ages 4 to 12. The program includes weekly field trips to explore the local community, in-house visitors and events, as well as hands-on activities and experiences. Neighborhood trips include Kazimierz Park, Glenbrook Park, and neighborhood walks.
Before and After School Program
Our Before and After School Program provides a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can continue their learning journey beyond the classroom. Rooted in the principles of HighScope Active Learning, we encourage children to explore, create, and discover through purposeful play and hands-on experiences that build critical thinking, independence, and confidence.
Through community donations and support, Encompass can offer families tuition support to help lessen the burden of the cost of care. We do this by offering support based on a percentage of your family’s annual gross household income up to $125,000 and tapering off all assistance by $150,000 annual income. This program ensures that families who are under this annual income threshold do not pay more than 15% of their gross household income on childcare.
Family & Child Advocate Program
The Encompass Family & Child Advocate Program provides classroom care to children who may be experiencing a behavioral and/or developmental setback. They work to provide wraparound care and basic needs support to families. The Encompass Advocate Program can also assist in connecting you with many available community resources.
The Foster Grandparent Program joins together two generations- seniors and children. The program enhances the quality of life for seniors and gives them a sense of purpose. The Foster Grandparent’s presence in the classroom gives parents and children an extra sense of security. The children have a consistent grandparent figure who mentors and encourages them in social play and classroom activities. Foster Grandparents are assigned to one of the eight Encompass centers and volunteer a minimum of 5 hours per week. What a win-win-win situation for Encompass, the children and seniors!
