Making Care Affordable

Tuition Support at Encompass

For over 100 years, Encompass has been a nonprofit leader in the greater Green Bay community, focused on making the highest quality childcare accessible and affordable. What we know is that consistent, high quality early education helps children have the best start in life, especially during the first five years when 85% of brain development occurs.

Through community donations and support, Encompass can offer families tuition support to help lessen the burden of the cost of care. We do this by offering support based on a percentage of your family’s annual gross household income up to $125,000 and tapering off all assistance by $150,000 annual income. This program ensures that families who are under this annual income threshold do not pay more than 15% of their gross household income on childcare.

In addition, our program helps families get connected to third party assistance programs and supports families who are homeless, teen parents or in crisis situations. Encompass is focused on wrapping our arms around families and ensuring all children have access to high quality early education and care.

How to Access Support

Step One: Determine if you qualify for third party funding sources like the Wisconsin Shares Program. The Wisconsin Shares program is designated to help families whose gross income is under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level pay for childcare. Apply here.

Step Two: Talk to your Center Director about how the Encompass tuition assistance program might help your family.
