When one of our Family & Child Advocates first connected with this family last fall, they were struggling to maintain a consistent income through work with delivery services like DoorDash and InstaCart. Together, they began setting goals for greater stability and self-sufficiency.
Today, the parent has found steady employment that provides a reliable paycheck and peace of mind knowing the bills are covered. With that foundation in place, they recently reached out to start working toward earning a GED. Their Advocate helped connect them with NWTC for prep classes and ongoing support.
