Key Highlights of 2025:
- Community Engagement: Our signature event, The Big Event for Kids at Heritage Hill, was a resounding success, bringing families, children, community partners, and supporters together to celebrate and invest in day that is all about the children.
- Family Support Initiatives: We proudly launched the Encompass Family Fridge at two of our at-risk locations, a collaborative effort supported by Leadership Green Bay, aimed at addressing food insecurity and strengthening family well-being.
- Recognition & Advocacy: Encompass was honored with the Large Group Growth Award by the Greater Green Bay Chamber in June, a testament to our expanding reach and impact. That same month, we welcomed the Governor of Wisconsin, who visited to spotlight the critical role of the early childhood education (ECE) field and the work Encompass is doing to lead the way.
- Leadership Development: We continue a transformative partnership with UTECH to invest in our leadership team, ensuring we cultivate strong, visionary leaders who will guide Encompass into the future.
Looking Ahead to 2026 and Beyond:
- Strategic Expansion: We are preparing to expand our childcare services through a new partnership in 2026–2027, further extending our mission to serve more children and families with high-quality early education.
- Infrastructure Planning: As our current facilities age and demand continues to grow, we are actively exploring the feasibility of expanding our physical footprint to support sustainable growth and ensure our infrastructure remains safe, inspiring, and equipped for excellence.
